  Pho Beef is everyone favourite. Very easy to make and very tasty. Hope you like the recipe 💕
  
  ✔️Ingredients and Recipe
  ▪️ Water - 12L
  ▪️ Beef Bones - 1.5kg
  ▪️ Ox Tail - .5kg (500g)
  ▪️ Beef Tendons - 3x
  
  ▪️ Salt - 3Tbsp ( can add half Tbsp more if you like it more salt )
  ▪️ Sugar - 4 Tbsp
  ▪️ Chicken Powder - 3 Tbsp
  ▪️ Fish Sauce - 4 Tbsp
  
  ▪️ Large Onion
  ▪️ Bulb Garlic
  ▪️ GALANGA - 12 slices
  ▪️ Star Anise - 6x
  ▪️ Cinnamon Stick - 5x
  
  ✔️ Other meats
  ▪️ Beef Balls
  ▪️ Thin Sliced Beef
  ▪️ Omasa
  
  ✔️Topping
  ▪️ Asian mints
  ▪️ Green Onion
  ▪️ Onions
  ▪️Cilantro
  ▪️Bean Spouts
  ▪️ Fried Garlic
  
  You can make half portion by dividing all ingredients in half. 💕
