I think that 2-5-1 is an order of chords that may be played in any key? You can play triads or 7ths? Right?

You should add a 2nd camera that shows the keyboard right-side up, so that we don't have to flip the image in our minds to figure out what notes you are using. Because sometimes you use the minor 7th, sometimes the major 7th.
