Yufka Kebabı Tarifi

Malzemeler :

500 gr kıyma
2 tane rendelenmiş kuru soğan
1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı pul biber
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz veya bir yemek kaşığı tuzot
bir küçük demet taze maydanoz veya 1 yemek kaşığı kuru maydanoz
6 tane taze yufka
1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ

Salçalı sos için :

200 gr tereyağı
2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
1 çay bardağı su



Garnitur için :

Yoğurt
yeşil sivri biber
Domates

Yufka Kebap

Zutaten:
500gr Hackfleisch
2 geriebene Zwiebeln
1 EL Vegeta oder 1TL Salz
1 EL getrocknete Petersilie
80ml Öl
1 TL Paprikaflocken
1/2 TL Pfeffer
6 Yufka Teige

Für die Sauce:
200-250gr Butter
1,5 - 2 EL Paprikamark
Etwas Wasser

Zubereitung:
Hackfleisch in einer Schüssel mit den geriebenen Zwiebeln und den Gewürzen gut vermengen. Die Yufka Teige auf die Arbeitsfläche legen und den ersten Teig mit Öl bestreichen. Hackfleischmasse senkrecht auf dem Rand verteilen. Dann die Seiten des Teiges einklappen und zu einer Wurst rollen. Mit dem restlichen Teig genauso verfahren. Danach die Teigrollen in 2 cm dicke Stücke schneiden. Jeweils 5-6 Stücke auf ein Holzspieß reihen. Die Spieße anschließend auf ein Backblech legen und mit reichlich Öl bestreichen. Als Garnitur passen dazu Tomaten und grüner Spitzpaprika. Bei 250 Grad im Ofen goldbraun backen. Für die Sauce Butter im Topf zerlassen. Paprikamark in die zerlassene Butter einrühren und etwas Wasser zum Strecken der Sauce hinzufügen. Den Kebap mit der Garnitur auf einem Teller anrichten. Sauce darüber verteilen und mit Joghurt servieren. Guten Appetit!
